Billy joined HG Vora in May 2016 from Macquarie Capital (2011–2016) where he worked in the Credit Analytics Group focusing on distressed debt and special situations.

Billy graduated from Colgate University magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science (2011).
