Wasim joined HG Vora in October 2026 from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (2025–2026) where he worked in the Healthcare group.

Prior to CD&R, he worked at Moelis & Company (2023–2025) in the Capital Structure Advisory group focusing on in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Wasim graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics (2023).
