Kieran Hennigan

General Counsel

Kieran joined HG Vora in April 2024 and is responsible for managing certain legal and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining HG Vora, Kieran was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where he worked in a variety of roles including Global Co-Head of Credit Policy, Governance & Regulatory (2017-2024) and as an attorney on the distressed fixed income trading desk (2011-2015). Prior to that, Kieran was a Director at Merrill Lynch, where he focused on M&A and private equity transactions, and an attorney at Richards Kibbe & Orbe and Sullivan & Cromwell advising on securities, M&A, private equity and regulatory matters. Kieran graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (1995) and received a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law (2000). He is admitted to practice law in New York.
